Tony Singh and Cyrus Todiwala are on a mission to try and show how spices can make traditional British food much more delicious.

Season 1, Episode 1 - Hastings
Tony and Cyrus are in Hastings, East Sussex, where they create Dover sole with lime and ginger. They also manage to persuade the owner of a local fish and chip shop to give them the run of his kitchen for a couple of hours to add a marinade of turmeric, cumin, coriander, chilli and cloves to his cod fillets.
Season 1, Episode 2 - South Wales
Tony and Cyrus are in south Wales in the Cothi Valley in Carmarthenshire where Tony creates a goats cheese, red onion and caraway seed tart served with pickled onions flavoured with chilli flakes, lime juice and pomegranate molasses. They then pay a visit to a family-run toffee business in Bridgend.
Season 1, Episode 3 - Edinburgh
Tony takes Cyrus to his home city of Edinburgh, where he spices up the traditional Scottish dessert cranachan by adding honey with cardamom and adding a dash of rose water. They also visit a community cafe where Tonys mother Kulvinder volunteers.
Season 1, Episode 4 - West Suffolk
Tony and Cyrus are in Suffolk, where they take a look at the virtues of rapeseed oil and use it to create cinnamon, ginger and red chilli chicken wings. At Melford Hall stately home, they are able to persuade the National Trust to allow them to spice up its traditional afternoon tea.
Season 1, Episode 5 - Somerset
Tony and Cyrus are in Somerset, where they boil a gammon joint in mulled cider infused with cinnamon sticks, red chilli and coriander seeds. They also pay a visit to Roger Wilkins cider farm in Mudgley and create a spiced butter cream, covering it in the drink and give the farmer a new perspective on the drink.
